This class is all about strength and length through the thighs. We move through four-point kneeling, side lying and bridges using a Pilates ball. Strong inner and outer thighs support your posture, hip alignment and pelvic stability, helping build a more balanced lower body so you can move better and feel stronger overall. Feel free to add ankle weights or a resistance band around your knees to up the ante!
